SHIPPING FEE
For non-free shipping items or an urgent order:
Under these two conditions, you will need to pay for shipping fees. Shipping costs differ according to the following main factors:
• weight and dimensions of the package
• shipping destination
For free shipping items:
If you wish to use the standard shipping method, you are not eligible to pay for shipping costs. In the event that requires any return or refund of free shipping items, we will deduct shipping fees we paid from the refund if the cause for the return or refund is not our mistake.
PROCESSING TIME
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Regarding custom made orders, customers are looking at about 1 week for production. The sooner customer places an order, the sooner we start preparing the product.

DELIVERY TIME
All EO orders ship with Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping.
You are expecting a 10 - 14 business days delivery time range for Standard Shipping and a 3 - 5 business days delivery time range for Expedited Shipping. Tracking number and info provided.
Once the order has shipped and the tracking number has been provided to the buyer, the package is outside our studio control.
Please note that the estimated shipping time is not guaranteed and delays may occur. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

We use safe international couriers like DHL or SF Express to send items to you. We choose the most appropriate courier to deliver items according to the destination countries. Shipping couriers are acknowledged to be under our choice. If you have special requirements regarding shipping couriers, please contact us before placing your order.
Please notice that your shipping address in your order is the default address for us to ship items. If you need to make any changes to the shipping address, please contact us immediately.
LATE SHIPPING
If the shipment arrives too late, please feel free to reject the shipment. The cost of the merchandise will be refunded after we receive the item.
LOST PACKAGE
Regarding lost package, if the tracking system shows that your package never arrives, I will refund you 100%, or send you a new one instead. If the tracking system shows that your package was arrived but you don't have it. Please contact your local post office as well as file a police report of stolen packages. I will refund 50% of the cost after receiving a copy of your police report.
DUTY & TAX
All product prices on eastosmathus.com are listed without custom duties, sales taxes, VAT or any other hidden fees. You pay us exactly the price we marked on website ( i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost ). In some countries, however, you will need to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Unfortunately the rules differ in every country, and there is no way for us to know their customs, practices, systems, or laws. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the total amount might be. Customers are responsible in paying additional charges for taxes or customs clearance.
When you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, you will have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). Please find out as much as you can about the import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you believe that there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay ( or eliminate the taxes altogether ), just contact us with your queries. We are more than happy to be help.
