Shipping Fee
East Osmanthus is pleased to offer free shipping on all online orders, with shipping costs fully covered by East Osmanthus.
If, after receiving the order, the customer decides to request a return and refund for reasons not related to product quality or an error on the part of East Osmanthus, the original shipping cost ( the cost of shipping from our studio to the customer’s address ) that was covered will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will then be refunded to the customer’s original payment method.
Processing Time
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 7 business days to process. For custom-made orders, customers should allow about 2 weeks for production. The sooner the customer places an order, the sooner East Osmanthus can start preparing the product.
Please note that East Osmanthus does not ship on weekends and Chinese holidays. 
Delivery Time
All East Osmanthus orders ship with Express shipping. Customers can expect a 2 – 4 business day delivery range for shipping. Tracking number and information will be provided.
Once the order has shipped and the tracking number has been provided to the customer, the package is outside the control of East Osmanthus. Please note that the estimated shipping time is not guaranteed, and delays may occur. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
Shipping Courier
East Osmanthus uses safe international couriers such as DHL or FedEx to send items to customers. East Osmanthus will choose the most appropriate courier according to the destination country. The choice of shipping courier is at the discretion of East Osmanthus. If the customer has special requirements regarding shipping couriers, please contact East Osmanthus before placing the order.
Please note that the shipping address in the order is the default address East Osmanthus will use to ship items. If the customer needs to make any changes to the shipping address, please contact East Osmanthus immediately.
Late Shipping
If the shipment arrives too late, the customer may reject the shipment. The cost of the merchandise will be refunded after East Osmanthus receives the returned item.
Lost Package
Regarding a lost package, if the tracking system shows that the package never arrived, East Osmanthus will refund 100% or send a replacement instead. If the tracking system shows that the package has arrived but the customer did not receive it, the customer should contact the local post office and also file a police report for the stolen package. East Osmanthus will refund 50% of the cost after receiving a copy of the police report.
Duty & Tax
All product prices on eastosmanthus.com are listed without customs duties, sales taxes, VAT, or any other hidden fees. The customer pays exactly the price marked on the website. In some countries, however, the customer may need to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Unfortunately, the rules differ in every country, and there is no way for East Osmanthus to know the customs, practices, systems, or laws. East Osmanthus has no control over these charges and cannot predict the total amount. Customers are responsible for paying additional charges for taxes or customs clearance.
When the customer is required to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, payment must be made to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). Customers are encouraged to find out as much as possible about import taxes in their own country before completing an order. If the customer believes there are ways to minimize or eliminate such taxes, East Osmanthus welcomes inquiries and is more than happy to help.
