Exchanges & Returns

EXCHANGE

Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your East Osmanthus purchase, if for any reason at all you are dissatisfied with your items and want to exchange. We will be happy to help. but please keep in mind… 
•   You must issue your exchange and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. 
•   Please select a return method that allows you to insure your shipment and track its progress. East Osmanthus is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 
•   We kindly ask that all items remain unwashed, unworn and unaltered. Must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris and pin marks. Original tags must be attached. Once the tags removed, you cannot return the items.

The package should be taken to your postal carrier and mailed to the following address:

Both shipping costs are our responsibility to pay. Free exchange is eligible once per order. Here is how to start a free online return:

Visit order page → Click Return  → Select item you'd like to return and return reason  → Upload return label image with the costs shown clearly and tracking number  → Simply click Create return

Please make sure to message us the new item you'd like to get. Once we receive your exchange request. We ship the replacement and issue refund of the return shipping costs immediately. No need to wait the replacement shipped till upon receipt of item by us.

For further exchange request, regarding exchange shipping costs, if it was your personal exchange reason ( size, color, style… ), both exchange shipping costs have to paid by you. 

East Osmanthus only pays the both exchange shipping costs if the product’s description on website was not accurate or the product is defective.

RETURN 

East Osmanthus wants each of our customers to love their purchased items. If you don't, we are happy to accept your return; but please keep in mind… 
•   You must issue your return and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. 
•   Please select a return method that allows you to insure your shipment and track its progress. East Osmanthus is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 
•   You are responsible for shipping costs as well as taxes, duties, and courier fees. 
•   We kindly ask that all items remain unwashed, unworn and unaltered. Must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris and pin marks. Original tags must be attached. Once the tags removed, you cannot return the items.
•   Most returns will process in approximately 2 - 3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.

East Osmanthus accepts return request. However, we can only refund customers the item's money but not include the original shipping costs ( the shipping from our studio to your address ). And regarding the return shipping costs, if it was your personal return reason ( size, color, style… ), return shipping costs have to paid by you. 

East Osmanthus only refunds customers in full if the product’s description on website was not accurate or the product is defective. 

Refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. Most refunds will process in 2 - 3 weeks. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
